I am an open-minded eater, with my only stipulation, of course, being that there is no meat. I am not a vegan, but to those who are, I have the utmost respect for your dedication – go get ‘em tigers. When there are vegan options somewhere or if the dish I make is vegan, I will indicate as such.
My palate is pretty broad, and I am in a constant state of trying to be healthy (success rate: eh). Like most, I prefer as fresh of ingredients as I can get. Gardens excite me, and fresh herbs and lemon zest make me want to give out hugs with some pasta salad. My favorite foods are tomatoes, pizza, fudge (chocolate period, really), nachos, burritos, spaghetti, and sandwiches. I know – you can bask in my sophistication now if you’d like. I love garlic, and sometimes I end up basing an entire meal around my need for ketchup. I can go high end and adventurous when the occasion calls for it, and in fact, I rather enjoy doing so.
